Use this form to report scams, suspicious activity, or emerging fraud trends you’ve encountered. Your tip helps Stamp Out Scams identify patterns, warn the public, and educate communities before more people are harmed.

You may submit a tip anonymously or include your contact information if you are open to follow-up questions. We do not investigate individual cases, but credible tips may be reviewed and used for public awareness, educational content, or referral to appropriate consumer-protection agencies.

Do not include Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information.
